Break out consulting

Through our work, we have developed the method of 'break out consulting'.

Some change programmes start with 'How can we do this better?' Often followed by detailed mapping of how things are today, and a simpler diagram of how they will be in the future.

In the break-out world, the question is 'What can we do that's a new extension of our work, and how do we do it well?'

Starting something new on a small scale and outside existing operations is a great way to develop, test and use better processes. As they are proven, other parts of the organisation can adopt these new and effective ways of working.
