Delivering Efficiency


In 2003, 4000rpm carried out a workflow review for an international youth development charity. We identified key areas of duplication and inefficiency and have since helped the charity to implement the priority changes - an online newsletter database and a specially-written process using Macro Scheduler to cut down data re-entry.
