Education sector

Since 2002, a large part of our work has been in the education system on our own or with partners who offer complementary expertise.

Our clients have included the Cabinet Office, the Department for Education, Becta and the Higher Education Funding Council for England as well as providers of teacher training and funding bodies. We have also developed content, and young people in our Gravity programme for ideas and innovation receive an ASDAN Activities Award/Peer Tutoring Award.

Our advice is pragmatic and creative, offering proposals that combine the needs of long-term ambitions for the system, medium-term funding allocations and short-term interests of children and students. And if you're interested in becoming a free school or academy then we can also help.

Our suggestions for releasing funds in the FE sector were reported in TES - FE Focus, 19 February 2010.

And in April, our work devising a school recruitment service for the Department for Education received national recognition when the initiative won the Guardian's GC Award for Shared Services 2010.
